Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 396 Joint Apprenticeship Program offers men and women an opportunity to learn a skilled trade while you work. This is a 5 year program where you also attend classes two evenings per week while you work during the day. Basic qualifications: 1) Must be 18 2) High school graduate or GED 3)Transcript of grades required 4)Physically able to perform work of the trade 5)Valid Driver's License 6)Resident of Mahoning, Columbiana, or Trumbull County 7)Test as prescribed by the Committee 8)Personal Interview by the Committee 9)Physical and drug test
